Once the IPTV subscription has been activated and the credentials have been sent to your email or WhatsApp, no refunds will be issued. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right to withdraw as per Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, which applies to digital content delivered immediately after payment.
If your subscription has not yet been activated and you have not received your IPTV credentials within 24 hours of your confirmed payment, you are eligible to request a full refund. Please contact our support team with your order number and payment confirmation.

If we are unable to provide you with a working service after full troubleshooting, you may be offered either a replacement service or a partial refund based on the duration the service was unavailable.
Refunds will not be granted due to device incompatibility or failure to use a VPN if one is required.
